What you´ll do

As a Project Coordinator for Adhesives Technologies, you’ll manage global „Management of change“ projects of low and medium complexity within our adhesives business unit. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the project´s lifecycle, including scheduling and steering meetings, tracking progress in project tool (Planview) and handling documentation.
  • Driving the cross functional revision of product portfolios to ensure they align with customer needs.
  • Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings.
  • Providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting projects for gate reviews.
  • Actively strive for continues improvements opportunities and sharing best practices.

What makes you a good fit

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in project management or cross-functional team leadership.
  • Is assertive and proactive.
  • Is organized, a strong problem-solver, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Is proficient in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
