About this Position

As a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery. This position is essential for managing the order processing lifecycle in SAP, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and facilitating timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team and report to the Customer Service Manager, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments. What you´ll do

  • Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web
  • Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
  • Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
  • Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in Order Entry is required
  • Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
  • Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
