What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience in problem-solving and project management within a global adhesives manufacturing environment
- Participate in process design and development to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing challenges
- Support the implementation of engineering projects from concept to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply industry best practices in manufacturing and process optimization
What makes you a good fit
- An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior), or a master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
- Process & Component Design: Experience in designing and refining manufacturing processes and components to meet performance and quality standards.

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is May 25, 2026, and the anticipated end date is December 18, 2026.
