About this position
About this Position
- Surface Treatment technology and product development for metal packaging application. Technical expertise in the related field.
- Strong leadership and strategy to drive product innovation on technologies and applications.
- Collaborate with teams of corresponding stakeholders and associated customers/external parties that allow the achievement of business goals.
What you´ll do
- Drive innovation pipeline and product portfolio setup for surface treatment related business.
- Product development following market requirements in Asia Pacific.
- Support AE and business team on technical problem solving and technical training if required.
- Support operation team to complete new product scale-up, optimize manufacturing process and solve quality problem with related products.
- Study available patent landscape and strengthen Henkel’s IP in the related industry.
What makes you a good fit
- Master or PhD preferred in Chemistry.
- English fluent for daily communication.
- Experience in metal packaging industry and surface treatment/industry cleaner technology preferred.
- Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
