About this Position
Join us in shaping the future of our Aerospace business across EMEA. In this impactful role, you will drive growth by unlocking new opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, and contributing to the expansion of our business in a dynamic environment.
What you´ll do
- Develop accounts in Emerging Aerospace Markets across the EMEA region, building strong, long-term relationships
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, leading projects and converting them into sustainable business
- Define and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting and growth strategies
- Strengthen our go-to-market approach including innovation pipeline through a deep understanding of customer needs, applications, and market dynamics
- Build strong network at target accounts from operational up to senior management level
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within the Aerospace industry
- Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a solution-oriented mind-set
- Sensitive to customer needs, ability to create customer relationships based on trust
- Fluent in English and German
