About this Position
As a Marketing Specialist for Henkel Bautechnik Ukraine (Ceresit brand), you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, driving impactful communication, and supporting brand growth across core channels.
This role is ideal for a digitally-savvy marketer with hands-on experience in content, media, and analytics, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
What you´ll do
- Develop, manage, and align the content plan across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key digital platforms.
- Oversee content and updates on the company’s official website, ensuring optimization and brand consistency.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns focused on performance and brand building.
- Collaborate with media partners, prepare communication materials, and support external PR activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and performance insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate workflows with contractors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain necessary documentation and support marketing processes according to internal standards.
What makes you a good fit
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (SMM, content creation, media buying, analytics).
- Degree in Marketing or completion of relevant professional courses — a strong advantage.
- Confident user of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, advertising tools, and digital marketing instruments.
- Solid understanding of media planning, content marketing principles, and digital analytics.
- Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Integrity and responsibility.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High level of professionalism.
