What you´ll do
- Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team
- Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Assign emails within the team's functional group mailbox for timely responses
- Complete tickets in SAP HR by handling and processing them accurately and promptly
- Initiate continuous improvement projects where applicable to enhance workflow effectiveness
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team's operations smoothly
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
- Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
