YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate the brands, guaranteeing effective and efficient business cooperation with local sales, local demand and materials management as well as the headquarter (Vienna) to:
• Achieve KP targets for each single brand (turnover, profit, market shares);
• Drive the development of respective brands and categories in Romania (based on agreed strategies);
• Identify consumer needs and market insights in order to adapt the marketing strategy (activation and promotion ideas) with the goal of improving the brand performance;
• Adapt/implement media plans.

YOUR SKILLS

• 2 years relevant marketing experience (preferably in a B2C environment);
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on Economics (Marketing represents an advantage, as well as a Master degree);
• English fluent (oral and written);
• MS-Office: good knowledge of all applications necessary;
• Market Research knowledge;
• Data analysis skills is a plus;
• Creative & curious but also analytical and problem-solving oriented;
  
• Process ownership.
