YOUR ROLE
- Lead high-profile projects within the APAC region. Projects will relate to strategic agenda such as growth strategies, go-to-market, commercial excellence and M&A / divestments.
- Gain exposure to Senior Management, SBUs and Functions
- Learn about the overall Adhesive business and chart future career pathway in Henkel
- Participate in tailored coaching and training programs, and exchange with other Strategy Offices to accelerate development of strategic planning and leadership skills.
- Design growth strategies for region, within current markets and new markets; conduct market deep dives to identify emerging opportunities.
- Bring in deep market / industry insights and competitor intelligence.
- Partner with SBUs to sharpen their strategies and drive change agenda.
- Bridge between APAC region and global Marketing & Strategy focus areas, e.g., new business model
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor degree & above in Management / Engineering / Science; MBA Preferred
- 5-10 yrs total working experience with min 2 yrs with top management consulting firms; industrial / B2B experience required
- Solid problem-solving skill and structured thinking required
- Soft skills: entrepreneurship, proven stakeholder management skills, mature and independent
- Commercial experience (e.g. sales, BD) will be a plus; digital experience (e.g. designing digital solutions for industrial applications) will also be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent in English)
