·Drives projects in the respective area of responsibility, is accountable for project execution
·Facilitates and ensures project support by GBS teams to meet all deadlines of project plan
·Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
·Advises the teams with expertise and experience based on ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
·Supports tools and training of users regarding continuous improvement
·Acts as trouble shooter and validates process documentation Improves processes, assures quality
·Monitors, analyzes, reports and solves complex process dependencies
