YOUR ROLE

• Managing direct and indirect sales of the Group’s Industrial Adhesives for Furniture and Building Component market in territory of entire Hungary
  
• Maintaining contact and strengthening partnerships with our industrial customers
  
• Acquiring new customers
  
• Forming strategic cooperations with distributors
  
• Making product presentations
  
• Managing Sales and budget planning, evaluating results
  
• Regularly updating analyses of partners and products
  
• Conducting market research and analysis
  
• Reporting to the regional Head of Sales in Central Europe

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technical Management (degree in wood engineering is an advantage)
  
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in similar industry (sales, production, purchasing, maintenance, quality control)
  
• “B” category Driving Licence
  
• Native Hungarian, fluent in English knowledge is a must-have skill
  
• Knowledge of Romanian language is an advantage
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Able to deal with multiple tasks while maintaining effective internal interaction and right contact with all levels of the organisation
  
• Quick understanding and analytic thinking
  
• Well-structured, precise and pro-active approach is very much appreciated
  
• Open-minded and flexible, ready for changes of planning portfolio with a team-oriented spirit
