- Generating one of Henkel‘s business units “Consumer Brand” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the
- Modern Channels in order to maximize strategic targets (NES, profitability, Market Share, A/R, Sales Budget)
- Supports KAM in steering key customers
- Supporting sales strategy, setting goals, planning, and ensuring execution for the responsible channel
- Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
- Planning FY category-based sell-in targets for the Modern Channel Key Accounts
- Following profitability of each and every customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth for the “Laundry & Home Care & Personal Care business
- Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS executions with close relationship other departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management
- Setting and following targets for customers and sales staff
- Realizing route trade visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence
