YOUR ROLE
- To assist account managers and sales representatives in sales support
- Support Supply Chain Team and ensure all procedures and company policies are followed
- Ensure our customers receive the highest possible standard of service so we exceed their requirements
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service through problem solving, processing customer enquiries and prioritising orders
- Experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Maintain the database and ensure consistent accuracy
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years customer services experience, preferably in similar manufacturing environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- High level of SAP capability required
- Excellent attention to detail essential
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise, adapt and achieve results within strict deadlines
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a level head and a sensitive approach
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook
