YOUR ROLE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Industrial Sector developing LOCTITE and TEROSON brands sales in this market
- Drive negotiation with MRO customers developing new applications and activities in collaboration with marketing and technical customer service
- Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers in particular in MRO sector
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, managing both short- and long-term results
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Build and execute sales and marketing plans
- Keeping up with key category trends identifying new business opportunities
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and other business support departments to set and implement strategies
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
- Consistent sales experience in MRO market
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to travel as needed
- Good level of English language
- Preferred location: Centre/South of Italy
